Beginning Sunday, May 30 (Memorial Day weekend) and continuing through Sunday, August 29, we will have one Worship Service at 9:00 AM. The last day of Sunday School will be Sunday May 23. Sunday School resumes on Sunday September 5. [read more] |
The Annual Baptism and Church Picnic will be held Sunday, August 1 following the Worship Service. Hot dogs, hamburgers and punch will be provided. Bring a side dish and dessert to

Women of Faith Conference will be on November 19 & 20 at the Hartford XL Center. To secure a ticket, payment is due by August 15. Cost is $89 and includes a two day conference and two lunches. [read more] |
A friend of mine told me recently that one of her favorite memories as a child, especially during the hottest days of summer, was to ride down a river on a blown up inner tube. This sounds both fun and refreshing. But, it made me think of VBS which is going on as I write this letter to all of you. It's like we have invited a bunch of friends from our community to a great ride down the river. It's not just a buzz of activity, or a high tide of people flowing through the church building, but it's all of that gathered around the river of life who is God. [read more] |
